A signal generator (10) comprises a signal source (11) that is configured for generating a source signal (SO) and a buffer (12, 56). The buffer (12, 56) is configured for generating an internal signal (SI) and for generating a reference signal (SREF, SBG) by summing the internal signal (SI) to the source signal (SO) or to a signal (SO') derived from the source signal (SO). The sign of the temperature coefficient of the source signal (SO) is opposite to the sign of the temperature coefficient of the internal signal (SI). |
