PURPOSE: A social network service(SNS) based advertisement providing method, a server, a terminal, and a recording medium are provided to allow a terminal user to perform bidirectional communication, and selectively watch an advertisement corresponding to an existing SNS communication method. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement title and an advertisement program for a specific advertisement are generated(S603). One or more SNS communication information are included in the advertisement title, and the advertisement title is transmitted to one or more SNS user terminal(S605). When an SNS communication request is received from the SNS user terminal based on the SNS communication information, bidirectional SNS communication is performed with the SNS user terminal corresponding to the advertisement program(S607-S621).
