PURPOSE: A buoyancy device connecting land and water is provided to secure a function of connecting land to water by a simple composition, and to be selectively installed in a proper place by securing movability. CONSTITUTION: A buoyancy device connecting land and water includes multiple floating bodies(100) with hollows inside arranged on a plane, and a fixing unit(200) integrally fixing the floating bodies. The fixing unit includes a penetration component(210) and a fastening component(220) clamped with both ends of the penetration component.
