PURPOSE: A flip folder projection screen and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reinforce a screen surface with a minimum weight by inserting a reinforcement support. CONSTITUTION: A flip folder projection screen is composed of a screen surface(1), left and right curved surfaces(2,2a), left and right support surfaces(3,3a), left and right stands(4,4a), and left and right bending lines(6,8,6a,8a). The left curved surface, left support surface, and left stand are successively formed in the left side of the screen surface. The left bending line is formed in each element. The right curved surface, right support surface, and right stand are successively formed in the right side of the screen surface. The right bending line is formed in each element. The left and right elements are symmetry with respect to the screen surface. |
