PURPOSE: A finned-tube heat exchanger is provided to prevent noise generation by vibration or products from being messed up by not attaching a turn pin to a refrigerant pipe of the turn pin. CONSTITUTION: A finned-tube heat exchanger comprises a refrigerant pipe(112), a turn pin(114), a queue bracket(200), a base frame(120), and a fastening bolt(300). The base frame is equipped at the lower side of the refrigerant pipe which is rolled in plurality of times and guides bondage with other parts. The fastening bolt helps to be connected to the base frame. The queue bracket comprises a base(210) and a joining plate(230) which makes a plurality of refrigerant pipes to be inserted and fixed. In the base, a plurality of heat generation holes(212) is formed to be penetrated vertically. On the joining plate, a plurality of fasting end pairs is formed along the longitudinal direction by leaving equal spaces.
