摘要 PURPOSE: A well-being sauce made from red pepper is provided to produce a well-being red paste using a Japanese apricot and a grain syrup. CONSTITUTION: Seven apples, four pears, seven kiwis, a lemon, six onions, a Japanese apricot, a grain syrup, and red pepper powder are prepared. The apple, pear, kiwi, lemon and onions are peeled off and the peeled ingredients are grinded in a blender. A raw Japanese apricot and a grain syrup are placed in a container and boiled down in a low heat for five hours after a lemon is added. The ingredients are added into boiled water with the raw Japanese apricot and the grain syrup. The red powdered peppers are then added into the mixture and continuously stirred where the well-being sauce is being made. The well-being sauce is cooled in a cold storage with an expiration date of 15 days after its first production.
