<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to highly integrate the solar cell module by directly forming a first diode and a second diode in the edge area of the upper side of a support substrate. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell unit(20) is formed on a support substrate(100) and includes a plurality of solar cells. The solar cell unit is connected in parallel to a first diode(30). The solar cell unit is connected in series to a second diode(40). A first bus bar(810) is electrically connected to the second diode. A second bus bar(820) is connected in serial to the solar cell unit and the first diode.</p> |
