<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the electric property of the solar cell by increasing a contact area between a light absorbing unit and a front electrode layer arranged on the light absorbing unit. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is formed on a support substrate(100). A plurality of light absorbing units(310) are formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) surrounds each light absorbing unit. An insulation layer(500) is formed between the light absorbing units. A front electrode layer(600) is formed on the light absorbing unit and the insulation layer.</p> |
