VENTILATION SYSTEM AND VENTILATION METHOD FOR GALLEY SPACE OF FLOATING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A ventilation system and a ventilation method for a galley of a marine structure are provided to promote a pleasant environment in a galley for storing and cooking food and to improve hygienic conditions by controlling food smell and bacterial growth. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system for a galley(1) comprises an air conditioner(10), an exhaust fan(20), an air supplying part(30), and a hood part. The air conditioner supplies cooled or heated air to the inside of a galley. The exhaust fan discharges the air to the galley. The air supplying part forcibly supplies the external air into the galley. The running speed of the exhaust fan decides whether to operate or stop the air supplying part. The hood part provides a path through which internal air of the galley moves to the exhaust fan. The air supplying part forms an air curtain around the hood part with the air forcibly supplied into the galley from the outside.
