摘要 PURPOSE: A composite film for electromagnetic wave absorption and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to compound polymer sheet, thereby having an excellent electron wave absorption characteristic even when the frequency band is more than 5GHz. CONSTITUTION: A Fe group amorphous alloy is heat-treated and the Fe group amorphous alloy powder is manufactured. The Fe group amorphous alloy powder is graded to 170 through 270 mesh sieve and the Fe group amorphous alloy powder is heat-treated in argon atmosphere. A Fe group nanocrystalline alloy power is manufactured and the Fe group nanocrystalline alloy power is mixed with a polymer resin binder, solvent and curing agent. The mixed solution is dried in a sheet form. The polymer sheet including the Fe group nanocrystalline alloy power is manufactured. The Fe group amorphous alloy powder is mixed with the polymer resin binder, solvent and curing agent. The mixed solution is dried in a sheet form. The polymer sheet including Fe group amorphous alloy powder is manufactured. The polymer sheets are piled and laminated. The composite film for electromagnetic wave absorption is manufactured.
