PURPOSE: A color polymer cement concrete composite is provided to improve workability, durability, strength and salt resistance of a concrete by using a polymer emulsion and cement binder. CONSTITUTION: A color polymer cement concrete composite comprises 5-30 weight% of a cement-based binder which comprises a general Portland cement, 30-60 weight% of a fine aggregate, 25-55 weight% of a coarse aggregate, 0.1-7 weight% of a water, 0.1-15 weight% of a polymer emulsion, and 0.1-15 weight% of a pigment. The polymer emulsion comprises 80-99.9 weight% of a styrene-butadiene emulsion, 0.01-10 weight% of a styrene/acryl emulsion, 0.01-10 weight% of a polyethyleneglycol monomethacrylate, 0.01-10 weight% of a methacrylic acid ester, and 0.01-10 weight% of a butyl acrylate.
