PURPOSE: A method for preparing a photoluminescent reflective bead for a road sign is provided to secure night visibility and to prevent drop-out of bead. CONSTITUTION: A core bead and binder are mixed in a container. A fine bead and phosphorescent pigment are mixed in the container and are heated. The binder includes unsaturated ester resin or acrylic resin, reactive monomer, hardener, and reactive catalyst. |
