PURPOSE: An image monitoring data providing system is provided to monitor an intrusion by outside party of a specific space in which an internet phone set is located, or the old and the infirm in the space. CONSTITUTION: An image monitoring data providing system comprises an internet phone set(100) and a monitoring data providing server(200). The internet phone set mounts a camera, a monitoring sensor, and activates the operation of the monitoring sensor when it enters to the monitoring mode by the selection of user. When a predetermined effective change is generated in a sensing signal obtained through the monitoring sensor, the internet phone set operates the camera, obtains nearby monitoring image, and sends the obtained nearby monitoring image to the predetermined monitoring data providing server. When the monitoring data providing server receives the nearby monitoring image from the internet phone set, it stores the received nearby monitoring image in the predetermined storage. The monitoring data providing server generates an alerting message of the nearby monitoring image, corresponds to the internet phone terminal through communication network, and sends it to the predetermined other communication terminal.
