PURPOSE: An IV controller controlled by tension load is provided to replace only a damaged part of a tube when the tube is damaged. CONSTITUTION: An IV controller controlled by tension load comprises a bottom support part(110) having multiple outer pipes, an upper support part(120) having multiple inner rods which are combined with the multiple outer pipes, and an expansion pipe which is combined between the bottom support part and upper support part to expand and contract. The diameter of the inner flow passage of the expansion pipe is varied to control flow rate.
