PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent foreign materials from being inputted to a light emitting structure by arranging a substrate to cover the upper side of the light emitting structure. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(120) is formed on a first electrode layer(110) and includes a first semiconductor layer(122), an active layer(124), and a second semiconductor layer(126). A substrate(130) is located on the light emitting structure. An insulation layer(160) is formed on the side of the first electrode layer and the light emitting structure. A second electrode layer(140) is electrically connected to the light emitting structure. |
