PURPOSE: An LED side lamp device with a hybrid control method is provided to drive power with a predetermined unit for an LED element, thereby semi-permanently increasing a lifetime of the whole LED side lamp array. CONSTITUTION: An LED side lamp array comprises a first LED side lamp(10-1) to a fourth LED side lamp(10-4). The LED side lamp is composed of LED modules(11-1~11-4) and cooling fan type ionizers(12-1~12-4). A lamp cover unit includes an upper lamp cover and a lower lamp cover. A lamp control unit(30) controls brightness from first column to m-th column. The lamp control unit includes an LED control unit(33a), a consumption power measurement unit(33b), and a circulating control means(33c). The LED control unit controls a driving interface. The consumption power measurement unit measures power consumption of an LED element for each LED side lamp in real time. The circulating control unit monitors the power consumption stored in a storage unit(34) in real time.
