<p>PURPOSE: A reference signal transmission method, a transmission device thereof, a reference signal receiving method, and a receiving device thereof are provided to increase a reference signal transmission band necessary for deciphering control information, thereby increase reliability or accuracy of the channel estimation about a band transmitting control information. CONSTITUTION: A transmission device(500) comprises all or part of a reference signal generating unit(510), a precoder(520), and a resource element mapper(530). The reference signal generating unit comprises all or part of a basis sequence generation part(512) generating a DM-RS sequence, a scrambling generating DM-RS, and an OCC generating unit(514). The precoder precodes the DM-RS for a data signal or PDSCH, by using identical first precoding matrices or first precoders. The resource element mapper maps symbols precoded by the precoder to correspond to resource elements.
