PURPOSE: A cooking method of whole duck soup using germinated grain powder enzymes, and a cooking method of duck and scorched rice soup using thereof are provided to remove the unique bad smell of duck meat. CONSTITUTION: A cooking method of whole duck soup using germinated grain powder enzymes comprises the following steps: boiling duck bones and water at 100 deg. C for 12-24 hours to obtain duck stock; soaking duck meat in germinated brown rice enzyme liquid for 1-24 hours; and inserting the duck meat into the duck stock with supplementary materials, and boiling the mixture. The germinated brown rice enzyme liquid is obtained by dispersing 100-200g of germinated brown rice powder in 1L of water.
