PURPOSE: A system for securing an emergency driving road is provided to operate an alerter on a predictive driving path. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle navigator(10) provides a predictive driving path and location information. A transceiver(12) transmits the predictive driving path and the location information. An alerter(24) are installed in the center of a road. A controller controls the lighting of the alerter. A traffic control device(20) receives a control signal. A geographical information device(16) has location information of the controller and the alerter.
