PURPOSE: A perming method using powder perm is provided to improve the safety of perming regardless of a user. CONSTITUTION: A perming method using powder perm comprises a step of washing hair and drying the hair using a towel, a step of mixing powder perm and water, a step of applying the mixed solution on the hair, a step of winding hair using a rod, a step of spraying moisture on the hair, a step of applying the mixed solution on the hair, a step of applying heat to the hair, a step of washing and drying the hair, a step of mixing water with a neutralizing agent, a step of applying the mixed solution on the hair, a step of leaving the hair alone, and a step of releasing hair from the rod. |
