PURPOSE: A thin film transistor array substrate, an organic light emitting display device including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a clear panel by minimizing light dispersion through an opposite electrode of a concave mirror or a partition structure around a pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(11) is formed on a substrate(10). A first insulation layer(13) is formed on the buffer layer. A pixel electrode(114) is formed on the first insulation layer and is made of transparent conductive materials. An intermediate layer(118) covers the upper side and the outer side of the pixel electrode. An opposite electrode(119) is formed on the upper side and the outer side of the pixel electrode.
