<p>A remote monitoring system in a mobile communication network and a method thereof are provided to perform a convenient and speedy error recovery by making a mobile communication terminal check and execute commands needed in monitoring or operating a mobile communication network system. A method of a remote monitoring system in a mobile communication network comprises the following several steps. An MS(Mobile Station) accesses a relay server via a command execution mode(S200). The relay server checks a system monitoring or operating authority, and transmits an access response acknowledgement message in accordance with each authority(S202). Then, the MS transmits an arbitrary command to the relay server(S204). The relay server transmits the command to an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(S206). The MSC forms a call with the MS. The MSC transmits a system message in accordance with the command to the relay server(S210), and finally to the MS(S212).</p> |
