PURPOSE: A device for drying fine waste concrete particles is provided to dry waste concrete particles without giving influence to the chemical properties of the particles by drying the waste concrete particles generating in a dry construction process with an indirect heat source. CONSTITUTION: A device for drying fine waste concrete particles surrounds a part of a transfer screw conveyor with a heater oil pipe(4) to increase the temperature of the exterior of a screw so that particles can be dried while being passed through the p can be increased to dry while particles are passing through the transfer screw conveyor. A circulating pump(11) and a boiler(12) are installed in the heater oil pipe. Oil over 150 degree is circulated in the heater oil pipe. A circulating pump and a boiler are installed in the heater oil pipe to circulate high temperature oil. A vacuum discharging device and a pressure reducing device are installed in the end of the heater oil pipe to control pressure. |
