The invention relates to heating systems for dwelling and industrial buildings by means of electric-heat-accumulating constructions and equipment. A panel for heating premises includes a vessel filled with liquid heat carrier that is heat-accumulating material, heating element, heat insulating layers, in the vessel a layer of heat insulation is installed, this divides the vessel to collecting section with heating element and heating section with face heat exchange surface connected to it, this has waved profile and is made of lining material with large value of coefficient of emission, at that the width of the face heating section is from 2 to 10 mm. Use of the invention enhances effectiveness of operation and material saving and energy saving of the process of production and operation of the panel due to decrease of amplitude of changes of air temperature in premises at interrupted heating or at termination of energy supply, decrease of losses of thermal energy; improvement of operational characteristics of the panel; use of rational values of thicknesses of heat-insulating layers. |
