An inertial device for determining kinematic parameters of a bridge crane comprises reed relays of leftmost, rightmost and center position of the crane crab attached on the main beam of crane, and a magnet, which is mounted on the crane crab, and the reed relays are connected to a unit of exact coordinates of the crane crab, which is connected to a reversible counter of position of the crane crab and a comparator, in addition, it is additionally equipped with reed relays of leftmost, rightmost and center position of the crane bridge secured on the crane rope, and a magnet, which is mounted on the end beam of the crane, and the reed relays are connected to the unit of exact coordinates of the crane bridge connected to the reversible counter of position of the crane bridge and the comparator, it is also equipped with a motion sensor of the crab, which consists of two sensors, each of which is connected to low-cut filters, whose outputs are connected to a display and two electronic integrators, to the inputs of which a timer is connected, while the output of the first electronic integrator is connected to two reversible counters, whose inputs are connected to an external control system of the crane, and the outputs of reversible counters are connected to the display and the input of second electronic integrator that by its output is connected to two reversible counters of position of the crab and crane bridge, whose outputs are connected to the display and comparator, while the output of comparator is connected to the reversible counters of position of the crab and crane bridge, in addition, the outputs of the blocks of exact coordinates of the crab and crane bridge are connected to respective reversible counters of position of the crab and crane bridge, and their inputs are connected to the reed relays of leftmost, rightmost and center position of the crane crab and reed relays of leftmost, rightmost and center position of the crane bridge. |
