A vibratory elevator of bulk material comprises a frame, metal trays, troughs, belt mechanisms secured on the frame and rotating from drive shafts, it has connecting rods rigidly connected from one side to the eccentric mechanisms, and from the other – to the trays, and torsion bars secured at specific angles from one side to the frame, and from the other - to the trays and troughs. The trays are connected to the troughs and form with the upper and lower parallel trays front and rear tiers, which are located under a counter angle to each other, while the trough of the lower tray of the front tier is located above respective lower tray of the rear tier, whose trough - above the next upper tray of the front tier, whose trough is placed above the upper next tray of the rear tier. The trays are designed with possibility of performing directed oscillatory motions by interaction with corresponding eccentric mechanisms. |
