A wind wheel of a power plant includes a gondola with blades fixed on it, and apparatuses that control those, angle section and rods that reinforce fixation of plate to the cone. The device comprises two same two-blade wind wheels fixed on the gondola in two planes of rotation of those, with the second wind wheel separated from the first one by distance not smaller than dimension of diameter of the basis of the cone and displaced to the side of rotation by angle not larger than 90°. The wind wheels have two blades each, those are placed in one plane or rotation at flat angle one with respect to the other. |
