METHOD FOR SIMULATION OF TOXIC DRUG-INDUCED HEPATITIS IN IMPUBERAL RATS

摘要

Disclosed is a method for simulation of toxic drug-induced hepatitis in impuberal rats by administration of rifampicin and isoniazid. Drug-induced hepatitis is simulated in impuberal rats by intragastric administration of isoniazid on the basis of 50 mg/kg and rifampicin on the basis of 86 mg/kg three times a week for 29 days, by means of metallic catheter with oil in standardized solvent Tween-65.
