The invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology, and concerns a method for the estimation of myocardial ischemia expression based on analysis of current density maps. Magnetocardiographic examination is carried out, current density maps are reconstructed in frontal plane, lengths of current density vectors are calculated at each map within ST-T interval and QRS complex.
