The method envisages preparation of recipe components, bulb onions milling, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with sour cream, drinking water, sugar, citric acid and cardamom and the mixture cooking to produce a sauce, rockfish cutting and maintenance in salt solution, the rockfish and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
