FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. An endoexpander consists of centrifuged vulcanised latex, a thin-walled elastic bulbous portion with a flat rigid base and an injection assembly coupled with the bulbous portion by a connecting tube. The bulbous portion is either right-angled, or round, or hemispheric, or oval, or crescent; its internal surface is processed with methyl silicone, while a netting is glued on the flat rigid base. A method for producing the endoexpander consists in setting up the injection assembly with the bulbous portion and the connecting tube. The injection assembly and the bulbous portion are made using supported single moulds immersed into a coagulant of ethanol with calcium nitrite and talc, dried on the mould and immersed into natural latex.EFFECT: invention allows providing high relative strength and high elasticity of the bulbous portion, enhanced self-tightening of the injection assembly with ensured ease of common use of the endoexpander.9 cl, 2 dwg |
