FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: cutter for mining machines includes a holder with an axial channel. A cutter shank is fixed in axial channel with possibility of being turned and with possibility of restricted axial movement. Also, elastic element in installed in axial channel between end face of axial channel and shank. Peculiar feature of the above proposed cutter is that holder is provided at least with one radial slot in which a guide rod is fixed. Cutter shank is equipped with a bushing rigidly attached to it, the projecting part of which is provided with a wear-resistant material. Opposite (lower) part of the bushing is provided with an inclined slot for interaction with a guide rod of the holder. Besides, wear-resistant material is applied to external surface of the bushing in the form of inclined strips located in a staggered order.EFFECT: such design of cutter allows increasing its operating efficiency and operating efficiency of an element of a continuous heading or extracting machine as a whole.2 cl, 2 dwg |
