FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed machine comprises engine, control and steering means. Control means depend on person and machine inclination. Machine comprises tips improving safety in various conditions. Method of controlling machine comprises adjusting course, speed and inclination of frame. Upon one signal of the board, machine is turned. Upon signal of two boards machine is stopped. Forces of inertia and gravity are converted into brake control forces.
