FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: there are presented oligonucleotide primers for rapid evaluation of the presence of ?-lactam stability determinants in pathogenic Burkholderia isolates by polymerase chain reaction in a combination with stating the identity of the detected ?-lactamases to a specific molecular class.
