The system has an upper tube (4a) and a lower tube (4b) that are collinear and separated by a separator (6). A piston (5) is allowed to slide in the lower tube. The upper tube and the lower tube are fixed in the separator. A set of plungers (1a) is allowed to slide in a set of sleeves (2a). The sleeves are connected to a wheel of a two-wheeled vehicle i.e. mountain bicycle. The piston is connected to the sleeves inside the plungers.
