HEAVEN GRADE GINSENG GINSENG AND BLACK GINSENG COMPLEX WITH HEATED DRYING DEVICE MANUFACTURING

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing superior red ginseng and black ginseng is provided to manufacture superior red ginseng and black ginseng with a high quality by heat-drying raw ginseng or red ginseng at a high pressure or in the vacuum condition by a complex heat drying method which directly heats at a high temperature and indirectly heats at a medium temperature. CONSTITUTION: A mounting base laminates a large amount of ginseng in multi layers in a laminating space. An encapsulated type door having a locking member is formed on a front opening of a complex dryer(10). A compressing device(20) is connected to a high-pressure pipe(21), and has a compressor equipped with a safety valve(22) and an opening/closing valve(23) on the pipe line. A condenser(31) is installed within a cooling tank(36) which is connected to a vacuum pump(32) and a vacuum tank(33) in order to maintain the vacuum condition. A collecting tank(37) collecting the moisture within the complex dryer is installed on the lower end of the cooling tank. The complex dryer and the cooling tank are connected to a vapor exhaust pipe(38), and equipped with an opening/closing valve(14) on the pipe line. An indirect heating device heats the internal air of the complex dryer by the radiant heat emitted from a high-temperature heat generating member, which generates convectional hot airstream. The high-temperature heat generating member is made of a pipe. A steam entrance and a steam outlet are connected to a steam provider(45) in the outside of the complex dryer. A direct heating device comprises multiple medium-temperature heat generating members(53), and heats the ginseng using the medium-temperature heat generating member. Multiple medium-temperature heat generating member is formed with a circulating flow path in which hot water is supplied from an external hot water generator(51).
