PURPOSE: A soft tissue expander for an implant operation is provided to expand the soft tissue of a tooth deficit part. CONSTITUTION: A soft tissue expander for an implant operation comprises a lift pin(20) which is formed with a support in the longitudinal direction, a membrane(30) which is rotationally coupled with the support of the lift pin and together moves in the moving direction of the lift pin, and a separation prevention piece(50) which is combined with the lift pin of the membrane and prevents the separation of the membrane.
