A pair of maintenance arms (5, 6) is adapted to retain the tubular element between the central zone and a bearing surface of a support. The arms are placed opposite to each other. The arms are adapted to cross the support and to press against an opposite surface of the support. Each arm includes a block placed according to an angle relative to the support, and includes an extension (7) perpendicular to the block.
