The garment part (1) has an intermediate part (4) attached with two long sleeves (2, 3) by armhole seams (4.2, 4.3), where the garment part is made of elastic textile material i.e. elastane. Geometry of the intermediate part is adapted to make a neck portion (5) of the intermediate part to be invisible to the public when a person (10) wears a sleeveless leotard over the garment part. The intermediate part exhibits elastic deformation capacity such that the intermediate part is fitted to a body of the person during sports activity. The intermediate part has a flat rubber band made of latex. An independent claim is also included for a leotard set.
