PURPOSE: A resin composition for a light diffusion plate is provided to improve mechanical properties, such as impact resistance, weatherability, moisture resistance, heat resistance, and to have excellent light transmittance, light diffusion, and surface gloss. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for a light diffusion plate comprises: a substrate layer(10) which comprises a general polystyrene resin, an impact resistant polystyrene resin, and a light-diffusing agent; and surface layers(20) which comprise a methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer. The substrate layer is formed of the composition for the light diffusion plate. The resin composition comprises 0.1-10 parts by weight of a light-diffusing agent(30) based on 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin. The base resin is formed of 70-80 weight% of general polystyrene resin, 18-25 weight% of impact resistant polystyrene resin, and 2-5 weight% of methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer.
