PURPOSE: A hi-pass converter for a mobile card and a conversion method thereof are provided to manage the authentication information for one or more mobile hi-pass cards, thereby enabling a user to select a desired mobile hi-pass card corresponding to a change of a vehicle or a driver. CONSTITUTION: A near field communication(NFC) unit(110) performs NFC communication with a mobile terminal(50) in which one or more mobile hi-pass cards are embedded. A hi-pass communication unit(120) receives a hi-pass signal of a payment request message. The hi-pass communication unit transmits a hi-pass signal of a payment response message corresponding to the payment request message. A control unit(130) selects a payment card based on authentication information.
