PURPOSE: A geographical information building system is provided to extract geographical information through photographing images of a first photographing unit and a second photographing unit and to manufacture a three-dimensional geographical map. CONSTITUTION: A second photographing unit(PTZ) takes a picture of a specific area. A geographical manufacturing unit(10) extracts a horizontal line distance, a topographic height, and a topographic gradient through a first photographing image and a second photographing image. The geographical manufacturing unit generates geographical information. The geographical manufacturing unit generates a three-dimensional graphic of the geographical information. The geographical manufacturing unit manufactures a geographical map around the first photographing unit and the second photographing unit.
