<p>PURPOSE: A nano structure solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce production costs by forming a CIGS layer on a cadmium sulfide nano-wire. CONSTITUTION: Tin oxide is coated on a substrate. A cadmium sulfide nano wire is formed in an upper direction of the substrate with solution-liquid-solid synthesis method. The cadmium sulfide nano wire is perpendicularly grown up on the substrate. The substrate is comprised of soda lime glass. A CIGS layer is formed on the substrate and the cadmium sulfide nano wire with an electrophoresis method. The CIGS layer is heat-treated.</p> |
