PURPOSE: A manufacturing process for headline including VOC reduction materials and a headliner manufactured by the same are provided to improve the inner atmosphere of a vehicle by removing the VOC of a headliner. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process for headline including VOC reduction materials(60) is as follows. A sheet(10) composed of a reinforcement layer and a core layer is manufactured. The manufactured sheet is formed by a heating unit. The heat-formed sheet is formed by a press forming unit. The press-formed headliner is inspected. VOC reduction materials are sprayed to the inspected headliner. The reduction materials dry the headliner. |
