The invention relates to an environment-friendly continuous fiber composite non-woven fabrics and a method for making the same. The filament for making the non-woven fabrics is the core sheath type, with the core ingredient being polypropylene while the sheath ingredient being the composite continuous fiber non-woven fabrics made of polyethylene extracted from the plants. The method is characterized in that: the core ingredient and the sheath ingredient respectively utilize independent extruders for fusion; after the polymers are sprayed via a composite spinning nozzle, the sprayed filaments are provided with cooling air for solidification; the solidified filament, via an extending process, is made into the extending filament having small fiber diameter; the above extending filaments are gathered at the multi-hole screen of continuous driving to form non-woven nets; and the gathered non-woven fabric nets are combined via heat bonding and other methods, thereby providing shape stability to the non-woven fabric net. |
