摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally-friendly spun-bonded nonwoven fabric using conjugate spinning of a polylactic acid, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: There is an environmentally-friendly spun-bonded nonwoven fabric using conjugate spinning of a polylactic acid, in which the nonwoven fabric manufactured by blend spinning of the polylactic acid and polypropylene includes a sheath-core type filament obtained by forming a core layer from a blended resin of the polypropylene and the polylactic acid, having the polylactic acid of 10 to 25 wt%, the polypropylene of 65 to 89 wt%, and a dispersant of 1 to 10 wt% in total weight of a polymer mixture for blending, setting the core layer to 50 to 80 wt% in the total weight, and forming an outer layer from a plant-derived polyethylene resin of 20 to 50 wt%. The environmentally-friendly spun-bonded nonwoven fabric using conjugate spinning of the polylactic acid and a method for manufacturing the same, in which the nonwoven fabric is manufactured by conjugate-spinning the blended resin of the polypropylene and the polylactic acid as a core layer and the polypropylene as a sheath layer, are excellent in productivity and mechanical properties, and also provide the environmentally-friendly spun-bonded nonwoven fabric having significantly reduced emission of carbon dioxide to solve conventional problems.
