PURPOSE: Antibiotic rubber gloves and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve antibacterial and antiseptic properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of antibiotic rubber gloves comprises the following steps: a step(S100) of preparing a first rubber and resin mixed solution; a step(S200) of preparing a second rubber and resin mixed solution including white clay or ocher; a step(S300) of dipping a mold in the first and the second rubber and resin mixed solution; and a step(S400) of separating the shaped rubber gloves from the mold and washing the gloves.
