PURPOSE: An aluminium wire is provided to improve a fixation rate of a conductor and a terminal by forming serration on a conductor border surface of an aluminium wire through electric resistance welding. CONSTITUTION: An aluminium wire(10) includes a sheath(12) and a conductor(14). The conductor is formed in an axial direction of the sheath. The conductor generates serration on a border surface to improve a fixation rate of a terminal. The aluminium wire is supported on a worktable(40) while being in contact with a (+)electrode(22) and a (-)electrode(24). A gas spraying nozzle(30) sprays inert gas to the border surface of the conductor.
