PURPOSE: An inclination test device for a submarine and a method thereof are provided to effectively and accurately conduct an inclination test regardless of the conditions of a ship when the installation of a rolling conveyor or an inclination test using a tank in the ship is impossible. CONSTITUTION: An inclination test device for a submarine comprises an inclination test platform(20) and a weight(30). The inclination test platform is laterally installed above an upper casing(10) of the submarine. The weight is placed on the inclination test platform to be laterally moved. The inclination test platform comprises a holder(22), a handrail(24), and a support.
