PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector capable of: reducing internal resistance of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery; being used suitably for capacitor components such as a nonaqueous electrolyte battery such as a lithium ion secondary battery, a capacitor for an electric double layer, and a lithium ion capacitor; and improving high rate characteristics.

SOLUTION: A collector 1, formed with a resin layer 5 having an uneven shape and conductivity on at least one surface of a conductive base material 3, the electrode structure equipped with the collector, the nonaqueous electrolyte battery, and the electric double layer capacitor or the lithium ion capacitor are provided.
